News & Updates

Everyone loves winning an award, but the process of who wins what is usually shrouded in mystery. Was the winner really deserving? There’s an interesting trend in the software biz, where closed-door analyst dealings are being replaced with transparent, peer review decision making. This is being led by platforms like G2 and publications like EContent.

Today the Tiny team is pleased to share that we continue to be recognized by G2 and EContent as the leader in their respective categories. You can read about our place in the EContent 100 here, which marks the sixth time we’ve been honored by EContent.

For the third time this year, Tiny leads the G2 WYSIWYG Editor category. Based on reviews by happy users, TinyMCE was voted #1 Highest Rated and Easiest to Use in the WYSIWYG editor category by people like you. We cannot thank you enough. Learn more about how your peers view TinyMCE.

Every quarter G2 compares technology products in a wide range of categories, from applicant tracking systems providers to governance, risk and compliance solutions, based on customer reviews and responses. No backroom dealing, your opinions count.

Since our last G2 announcement, we released new premium features, updates to existing premium plugins, plus ongoing improvements to the TinyMCE open source editor.

What is G2 about?

If you’re not familiar with G2, it’s a tech solution review platform leveraging 400,000 user reviews to drive better purchasing decisions. More than 1.4 million people visit G2 every month to choose the right technology for their project.

Let’s make 2019 4 for 4

If you regularly use TinyMCE in your projects and get a lot of value from the editor, do us a favor and leave a review. We’d appreciate it a lot.

In fact, we’d love to get a head start on the next G2 report and make it 4 for 4 for Tiny. To celebrate our third win this year, we’re giving away a $25 gift card to the next 20 TinyMCE users and developers who leave a review on G2.

Thanks to everyone who supported TinyMCE on G2 this year. Let’s make Tiny #1 again!
