Benjamin Chau
Benjamin Chau is a QA Intern at TinyMCE, where he supports product quality through rigorous testing, documentation, and feature validation. Working closely with engineers and senior QA specialists, he contributes to the development cycle by identifying bugs, writing detailed test cases, and ensuring that new features behave as intended across different configurations and edge cases.
With a strong academic foundation in Computer Science and Mathematics at The University of Queensland, Benjamin approaches QA with a methodical mindset and a deep curiosity for how things work under the hood. He is comfortable navigating Git-based workflows, writing technical documentation, and collaborating across teams to improve clarity, reliability, and efficiency in the development process.
Outside of work, Benjamin channels his passion for education and problem-solving into personal projects that explore the intersection of learning, technology, and user experience. Whether it’s building tools for students, experimenting with web technologies, or mentoring others, he enjoys applying what he learns in ways that create impact beyond the classroom.
